Terry has been a part of the Arnold Group of Companies since 1981, selling PPG products the entire time. He was instrumental in starting the Industrial Paint Solutions division and is currently the Division Manager.

Scott S
Sales/Technical Support
Scott has been with The Arnold Group of Companies, Industrial Paint Solutions division, since December of 1997. His duties include working directly with OEM clients, developing paint systems based on requirements unique to each facility. He also assists clients with all of their paint specifications. Scott came to Industrial Paint Solutions from the sign industry where he managed a sign company for a several years. The company he managed used PPG automotive primers and paints on all of their aluminum and steel sign cabinets they manufactured until Scott oversaw the transition to the PPG Industrial Coatings line in 1996. Scott covers northwest Iowa.

Jeff A

Jeff brings over thirty years of refinish experience to Industrial Paint Solutions including fifteen years as a painter. He has achieved Master Lever PPG Certification and has been an I-CAR Finish Match Instructor and Hazardous Materials Instructor. He is an ideal source for technical support and customer service. Jeff handles eastern Nebraska, including Omaha and southwest Iowa.

Brandon grew up in Ames and has close ties to Central Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2002 with a B.A. in Marketing. He is proud to support the manufacturing industry that makes this region of the state thrive and strongly believes in Industrial Paint Solutions and our continued growth. He takes great pride in exceeding the expectations of customers by representing superior product lines, being better educated in those lines than any competitor, and forging lasting relationships built on service. Brandon covers south-central Iowa including Des Moines.

Al brings a wealth of industry experience to the organization; for thirty three years he was a Territory Manager for PPG. A few years ago he agreed to come and help us out until we found a new salesman. He has been onboard ever since providing great technical expertise and enjoying his new career. He came onboard in 2009 to put his knowledge and experience to work helping our customers find solutions for their painting needs. Pat handles eastern Nebraska, including Omaha and southwest Iowa.

Lisa started as a part-time employee in 2001 and worked into full time at the Spencer, Iowa Blend Center a year later. She loves working with people and loves to put her refinish experience to use helping to meet customers' needs. She provides excellent technical support and customer service.

Mike's experience includes nine years as an industrial painter, three years as an industrial paint line supervisor/manager and six years managing a five-stage wash and burn off system.
